Can you describe your operations at Randstad?

Randstad Sweden is a part of the global company Randstad, which is a global leader in the HR services industry. We assist talents in finding suitable job opportunities at any stage of their careers and help companies build the diverse and flexible workforces they need to remain competitive.

With over 60 years of experience, we understand that finding the perfect match between talents and companies requires not just expertise and knowledge, but also access to the right insights and data.

What challenges are you facing in your company right now?

There is a significant skills shortage in several crucial professional fields, and many companies are struggling to fill vacant positions. In a market characterized by skill shortages, leveraging data becomes crucial for success when managing skill supply.

Having access to the right and appropriate data enables us to forecast trends, gain insights into where talents with the specific skills in demand are located, their requirements, preferences, how to reach them and ultimately how to make the right match.

Which data from JobTech Development do you utilize and how does it help you improve/change your service?

We work with large amounts of data, with JobTech serving as a key source among others. Currently, we primarily utilize JobTech's job advertisement data and the JobStream API, which we store, process, and integrate into our internal systems and applications. JobTech's job advertisement data offers valuable insights into both current and historical demand for various professional roles and competences across different regions in the Swedish job market. Furthermore, this data proves important for generating diverse market insights and forecasts.
